Our business practice at Property Fit is all about personalisation. We start by getting to understand the requirements of each client and then make every step of our process work around those specifications.
That’s why we’ve decided to launch a survey; so that our clients and potential clients can give us the essential information about their property-sourcing needs, with minimal effort required.

On our survey, we’ll ask you some basic questions about what kind of investment opportunities you’re interested in, including:
- Where in the UK you might be investing, what kinds of properties you’re considering (and how many), and when you’re hoping to invest
- How much you’re willing to spend on the property and repairs, and what return on your investment you’re aiming for
- Whether you’re hoping to buy with cash or mortgage (or both)
- What you consider to be the most important factor when looking at prospective investments
- What your plans are for the property once it’s been acquired
Our survey only takes 5-10 minutes to complete, and it will allow us to understand what kinds of properties you’re interested in without you even having to get in touch with us! We know that the people we work with tend to be very busy, so this allows us to get all the info we need without you having to take a lot of time out of your day.
An optional part of the survey will allow you to upload some documents that are very important for making property deals, and while it’s not essential data for us to find you the perfect property, it will allow us to quickly react to any deals – the UK property market is so hot that every minute counts, so please consider uploading these documents!
Once you’ve completed the survey, our excellent administrative team will organise your data into our online system, and this will allow us to contact you immediately if we find a property that perfectly suits your criteria.
